Compatibility
| Model | Years / Version | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Starlink Gen 3 | Listed replacement / extension application. | |
| Starlink Mini | Listed application requires exact Ethernet connector matching. Mini DC power remains separate; Ethernet does not supply Mini power. |
Compatibility with Gen 1, Gen 2 or other equipment is not specified. Use the exact hardware instructions for powered connections and weather sealing.

Good to Know
Caution
- An RJ45-shaped plug is not proof that a powered dish interface is compatible with ordinary Ethernet equipment.
- Starlink Mini uses a separate DC power connection. Its Ethernet port does not replace that power connection, and this cable does not supply Mini power through Ethernet.
- A standard RJ45 connection at Starlink Mini does not preserve its IP67 rating. This cable description does not establish an installed waterproof rating; use the appropriate specified sealed connection and weather protection.
- Do not combine cables or add couplers to a powered dish run without the hardware manufacturer’s instructions.
- Disconnect power before connection.
Care
- Fit the protection caps when the cable is stored or disconnected. Keep contacts free of moisture and dirt.
FAQ
Which lengths are offered?
2 m, 10 m, 15 m, 23 m, 30 m and 46 m.
What is the cable construction?
Cat6 construction with 24 AWG copper conductors, metal shielding, a PVC jacket and gold-plated soldering-type RJ45 connectors.
Does this replace the Mini DC power cable?
No. The Mini Ethernet connection does not replace its separate DC power supply.
Are full speed and zero voltage drop guaranteed at every length?
No such performance guarantee is established.
Is the installed connection waterproof?
No installed waterproof rating is claimed. Standard RJ45 at Mini does not maintain IP67.
