- Use the vehicle-specific removal procedure to access trim and fasteners. Release connector locks before disconnecting; do not pull wiring or pry against the lens.
- Fit the lamp sections and matched adapters without forcing connectors. Fit the grommets and seals, secure the wiring clear of hinges and reseat the trunk seal.
