We only take payment through checkout on tesvx.com.

We will never ask you to pay by bank transfer to a personal account, gift cards or cryptocurrency through chat, e-mail or social media. If anyone does, see Cuidado con los sitios web fraudulentos.

Prices can be shown in your local currency. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout; our base currency is USD. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee.

Security

  • TESVX never sees or stores your full card number.
  • Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. In rare cases we may ask you to verify payment details before shipping.

Payment Problems

Payment declined
Check that your billing address matches your card, try another method, or contact your bank.
Charged but no confirmation
Contact us with the payment receipt and we will match it to your order. Duplicate authorizations are released by your bank automatically.
Paying an existing order
Use the “Pay” link in your order e-mail or in My Account → Orders.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. See the Política de devoluciones y reembolsos for timing and details.
