Achtung
- A network LAN port and a powered dish connection are different paths. Connector appearance alone does not show whether this cable suits a powered connection.
- The GEN3 IP67 option name does not indicate an IP rating for every version or for an incompletely assembled connection.
- Disconnect equipment power before changing a powered cable connection. Do not pull, sharply bend or crush the cable.
Pflege
- Keep connector contacts clean and dry.
- The option name does not indicate all-weather or immersion protection.
FAQ
Which versions are available?
The options are GEN3 IP67, GEN3 and GEN2.
What cable lengths can I choose?
The available lengths are 5 m, 23 m and 46 m.
Does the generation label guarantee a powered dish connection?
No. A powered dish connection needs the correct pinout, permitted load and length for that equipment. Do not treat a router LAN port and the powered dish path as interchangeable.
Is every version waterproof?
GEN3 IP67 is one version label. It does not establish the same protection for the other versions or for connections without their required seal assembly.
What network speed will I get?
Actual performance depends on the complete equipment and connection setup. No specific throughput or uninterrupted service is guaranteed here.
