Pleated Face and Carbon Layer
The pictured filter has a pleated face and a dark activated-carbon layer. The set is for the matching interior cabin HVAC compartment; it does not add a separate underhood HEPA system.
Filter Size
Each filter is listed at 25.5 × 15.5 × 3 cm and fits the two-filter compartment.
Choose the Style
Select black and white or black and blue. Color does not determine airflow direction; use the filter markings and the vehicle-specific installation procedure.
Vehicle-Specific Access
A T20 tool is listed with the kit, but cover screws or locking tabs vary by vehicle. Model Y panel order also changes around February 2025.

What's in the Box
- 2×Activated-carbon cabin air filters
- 1×T20 Torx removal tool
- Installation instructions
Instalación
- Turn off climate control and follow the cabin-filter access procedure for the actual model and build.
- Support removed trim and release connectors by their housings, without pulling wires. Use the correct screw or locking-tab method; do not disturb orange high-voltage cables.
- Remove the upper filter, then raise and remove the lower filter.
- Follow the marked airflow direction. The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y procedures specify arrows toward the rear, with the lower filter installed first and the upper filter above it.
- Close the cover without forcing the frame and refit connectors and trim. Stop and obtain service help if the fit or airflow is abnormal.
Conviene saber
Precaución
- Do not force a filter that differs from the removed part.
- Use the vehicle-specific cabin-filter procedure. Panel order and cover retention differ by build; a supplied T20 tool is not the correct fastener tool for every vehicle.
- Follow the airflow arrows, not a generic black-side-facing-cabin rule. The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y procedures specify arrows toward the rear for the compartments described.
- Do not pull on connector wires or disturb orange high-voltage cables. Stop if access is unclear, a filter cover is missing or cables are damaged, and obtain service help.
- These filters replace interior cabin filters; they do not add the separate factory underhood HEPA system or establish hospital-grade air, pathogen removal or allergy treatment.
Cuidado
- Inspect and replace filters according to the vehicle’s maintenance schedule and actual dust or odor conditions. A persistent smell or airflow problem may need further HVAC diagnosis.
- Do not rinse or scrub the filter media. Keep new filters dry until installation.
Preguntas frecuentes
Which direction should the filters face?
Use the airflow markings and actual vehicle procedure. The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y procedures described specify arrows toward the rear; do not choose direction from the media color.
Is T20 the correct tool for every cover?
No. Some covers use a different fastener or locking tabs. The T20 tool is included.
Does this add the factory HEPA system?
No. It is a replacement set for the interior cabin HVAC filters. A separate underhood factory HEPA assembly is a different system.
What is included?
Two activated-carbon cabin filters, one T20 Torx removal tool and installation instructions. Select the black-and-white or black-and-blue style.
