A Direct DC Path
DC-to-DC conversion can be used in an appropriately designed battery installation without an AC inverter in the power path. Actual power use depends on the converter, wiring and Starlink load.
Router Power Connection
The plug connects to the Gen 3 Standard router power port. This cable does not connect directly to the dish or replace an Ethernet cable.
Plan the Input Circuit
The listed 4.5A is output current at 57V. The lower-voltage input has its own current, cable and protection requirements.

Instalación
- With the power source disconnected, size and protect the input circuit for the converter requirements and cable route.
- Secure the converter with ventilation and protect the cables against movement, sharp edges and heat. Keep all electrical terminations dry.

- For the matching Starlink Gen 3 Standard router power input only. Do not connect directly to a dish, Ethernet port, Gen 2 or an unmatched device.
- The output current is not the required battery input current.
- Disconnect DC power before wiring. Insulate and secure all terminations, provide suitable circuit protection and keep connections dry. Do not copy an illustration as a complete wiring diagram.
- No vehicle-specific electrical connection is supplied here.
- The converter rating does not establish operation under every startup or heating load.

- Keep wire joints and the plug connection dry. The listed IP67 body rating does not make an exposed wired system suitable for immersion.

No. The listed output rating is not a guarantee for every installation.
What is included with the cable-length options?
Each option is the converter with a 2 M or 3 M cable. Starlink equipment and the battery shown in illustrations are separate.
