Fits the dashboard versions listed above. Positions too close to the doors on either side are not suitable. Hooks and hanging items are not suitable for placement on or near front airbag areas, including the passenger dashboard deployment zone.

No. The molded top buckle clips into the dashboard gap without adhesive or drilling.
