Installation
- Wash the headlight with a compatible detergent and remove dust, grease and fingerprints.
- Spray the film with water and lay it over the headlight in position.
- Slide the film into place while spraying water; reposition it before squeegeeing.
- Push water out from the bottom and along curved edges with a scraper or squeegee.
- Lift and re-wet a curved edge that is not adhering, then reapply it and squeegee.
- Scrape out remaining water; repeat the edge re-wetting step if the film is still not adhering.
- Wipe the headlight surface with a soft, dry towel.
- After drying, use a heat gun to flatten uneven areas and set the edges within the film and headlamp instructions.

- Film over a headlamp lens can affect required lighting.
- In the United States, installation by manufacturers, dealers, distributors and repair businesses must not make required lighting inoperative.
- Avoid excessive heat and aggressive cleaners.
Care
- Use gentle cleaning compatible with the film and lamp. Inspect edges for lifting or trapped dirt.
- Do not treat heat as a guarantee of scratch removal or use excessive heat on a headlamp lens.
