Caution

Support the lamp, release the connector properly and restore seals and fasteners; do not cut or splice the harness.
For a left outer-lamp replacement, refit the original charge-port door and motor assembly where attached.
This replacement does not diagnose the cause of water ingress or guarantee that condensation will never recur. Investigate persistent moisture and damaged vehicle seals or wiring rather than assuming a new housing resolves every fault.
