- The steering wheel center contains the driver airbag. Tesla warns against attaching objects on or near airbags or their covers where they can interfere with deployment, including decals and steering-wheel covers. Do not attach this cover to the airbag cover.
- A small outline, tape or buckle fixation, normal horn operation or absence of a warning light does not establish airbag deployment compatibility.
- Do not alter, open or disable the airbag or modify its cover to fit this accessory. Seek Tesla service guidance for an existing attachment on the airbag cover.
