What's in the Box
- Foam cannon with bottle and the selected connector configuration; pressure washer, spray gun and cleaning shampoo are separate.
Installation
- Follow the washer instructions to turn it off and relieve pressure before connecting.
- Add the shampoo and water to the bottle according to the shampoo label, then fit the head and secure the selected gun connection. Do not improvise or force an incompatible fitting.
- Follow the washer instructions for starting and setting the spray. Adjust the foam mixture and nozzle as required, without using maximum pressure as a vehicle-wash target.
- Apply according to the vehicle’s cleaning guidance, keep the nozzle moving and rinse shampoo before it dries. Turn off and relieve pressure before removing the cannon.
Good to Know
Caution
- The listed 4000 PSI maximum is not a target pressure for washing vehicle paint.
- Karcher Connect is not a universal fit for every Kärcher model or gun.
- Turn off the washer and release pressure before connecting, disconnecting or changing fittings.
- For Model 3, keep the nozzle at least 30 cm (12 in) from the surface and moving; avoid directing jets at sensors, cameras, seals, electronic modules or exposed wiring. Follow the applicable vehicle cleaning instructions.
- Do not spray the charge port or charging equipment. Wash only when the vehicle is not actively charging; do not aim a pressurized jet at people or animals.
- Use a car shampoo permitted by the vehicle and foam-cannon instructions. Avoid acidic, highly alkaline or corrosive cleaners and do not let shampoo dry on the vehicle.
Care
- Rinse the bottle, suction tube and foam path after use. Avoid leaving shampoo to dry in the intake or nozzle.
- Store the emptied, clean cannon out of direct sunlight.
FAQ
Will it fit any electric pressure washer?
It requires a matching gun connector and suitable flow and working pressure. Electric or gas power alone does not establish compatibility.
Is 4000 PSI the pressure I should use on my car?
No. It is the listed maximum cannon pressure.
Does Karcher Connect fit every Kärcher gun?
No. It is not a universal fit for every Kärcher gun.
What should I mix in the bottle?
Use a compatible car shampoo at its specified foam-cannon dilution. There is no universal mixture ratio; avoid cleaners prohibited by the vehicle instructions.
Why might the foam be thin?
Foam depends on shampoo, dilution, nozzle setting, washer flow and pressure.
