Carbon-Fiber Trim for the Front Lamp Area

Add molded carbon-fiber overlays around the front lower-lamp area of the selected Model Y version. The two-piece set uses included 3M double-sided tape and offers wet or dry carbon with glossy, matte or forged finishes. The trim does not replace the light or add lighting functions.

The installed example shows an original-generation Model Y lamp opening. Juniper and Model YL use a separate profile.

Woven Trim Pair

The woven finishes use a regular twill pattern; forged carbon has a different varied appearance. Select the intended wet or dry construction and finish for the correct bumper version.

Align the Adhesive Fit

Included 3M double-sided tape bonds the trim to a clean, dry mounting surface.

Instalación

Difficulty: Moderate
Tiempo: Allow time for alignment and adhesive curing
Herramientas: Soft cloth and gentle controlled warmth if needed

Clean the mounting surfaces with a finish-compatible cleaner, remove oil and wax, and dry fully.
If warming the tape is needed, use gentle controlled warmth below 40°C.
Expose the liner without touching the adhesive, align carefully and press evenly for at least 20–30 seconds.
Keep dry for 48 hours.

Do not cover the lamp lens, block required lighting or obstruct nearby sensors and openings.
This trim adds an exterior overlay; it does not improve lamp performance or establish road approval.
Avoid excessive heat when fitting the tape; hand-laid carbon patterns and finish appearance can vary.
