In My Account → Orders if you checked out with an account.
Orders that ship in several packages have one tracking number per package.

Delivery time = processing (1-3 business days) + transit.

“No information yet”: Tracking usually activates within 24-72 hours of shipping.
No updates for several days: Normal during line-haul flights and customs. If nothing changes for 5 business days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
Shows delivered but not received: Follow the steps in our Shipping Policy (section 7) and send us the carrier’s case number.
Held in customs: Check whether a tax ID or payment is requested and contact us. If customs holds your parcel for more than 21 business days, we replace or refund it.
