Rewards Policy

1. Joining

Membership is free for anyone with a TESVX account. Guest orders placed with an e-mail address are linked to an account automatically. You receive 50 points when you join.

2. Earning on Purchases

You earn 6 points for every $1 of eligible spend — the item subtotal after discounts and points, excluding shipping, taxes and gift cards. Orders in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the rate on the order date.

3. Other Ways to Earn

• Product reviews: 50 points, or 100 with photos or video — approved reviews of items you bought, once per product.
• Birthday: 100 points once a year, if you placed an order in the last 12 months.
• Referrals: see section 7.

4. When Points Become Available

Purchase points are shown as pending and become available 30 days after the order is completed, once the return period has passed.

5. Redeeming

Redeem at checkout in steps of 120 points = $1 off (minimum 600 points). Points can cover up to 30% of the item subtotal before discounts. This limit applies to points alone; eligible coupon codes can also be used, subject to their own conditions and checkout validation. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

7. Referrals

Your friend gets 10% off their first order through your link. You get 1,200 points when their order of at least US$59 passes the return period. Self-referrals (same person, e-mail, address or payment method) are not eligible.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned on it are deducted in proportion, and points used on it are returned in proportion.

9. Expiry

Points currently do not expire. If this changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail.

10. Fair Use

We may withhold or remove points obtained through fraud, abuse, multiple accounts or errors, and may close accounts that abuse the program.

11. Changes

We may change earning rates, rewards, tiers or these terms, or end the program, by posting an update on this page. Points already available will remain redeemable for at least 30 days after any notice that the program is ending.
