Refunds<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>After your return arrives and is inspected, we e-mail you whether the refund is approved.<\/li>\n<li>Approved refunds are issued to your <strong>original payment method<\/strong> within <strong>1-5 business days<\/strong>. Your bank or card issuer may need a further 1-7 business days to post it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping fees:<\/strong> refunded in full when the return is our responsibility (defective or wrong item). For voluntary preference returns, original shipping fees are generally not refunded, except where applicable consumer law requires it. Partial refunds for defective or wrong items do not remove our responsibility for applicable shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Discount codes and reward points:<\/strong> only the amount you actually paid is refunded. The restocking fee stated above applies to eligible voluntary preference returns only. Transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider on the original payment are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Approved return-shipping reimbursements that fall outside the original transaction may be paid via PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\"><h2>8. Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
