What We Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Replacement:<\/strong> products that fail because of a defect in materials or workmanship are replaced free of charge with the same or a comparable model. Warranty items are <strong>replaced, not repaired<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> if a replacement isn&rsquo;t possible, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\"><h2>3. What Is Not Covered<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts;<\/li>\n<li>Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, or exposure to extreme conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Damage from fire, flood, earthquake or other natural events;<\/li>\n<li>Problems caused by not following the product instructions;<\/li>\n<li>Natural material characteristics that are not defects &mdash; for example the weave of real carbon fiber shifting slightly on curves, or packing creases in seat covers that relax after installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\"><h2>4. How to Make a Warranty Claim<\/h2>\n<p>E-Mail <a href=\"mailto:support@tesvx.com\">support@tesvx.com<\/a> or use the <a href=\"https:\/\/tesvx.com\/de\/contact-us\/\">Kontaktformular<\/a> with:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Your order number and proof of purchase;<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle model, year and VIN;<\/li>\n<li>A clear description of the problem, including how the product was used and when the issue started;<\/li>\n<li>Clear photos and, where helpful, a short video showing the issue (and the installation area for fitment problems).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We normally review claims within 1-3 business days.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\"><h2>5. Shipping for Warranty Replacements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We cover shipping for replacements of products used for <strong>180 days or less<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>For products used <strong>longer than 180 days<\/strong>, the replacement is free but you pay the actual shipping cost of the new item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\"><h2>6. Installation and Your Vehicle<\/h2>\n<p>Our products are aftermarket accessories designed for Tesla vehicles. TESVX is an independent store and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Please follow the installation guide, and consider professional installation for electrical or structural parts. Questions about your vehicle&rsquo;s factory warranty should be directed to your vehicle manufacturer.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\"><h2>7. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may update this policy from time to time.
